mugilan93.com is the personal website of Mugilan M, a UI/UX designer and front-end developer based in Pondicherry, India. You can reach me on WhatsApp or by email at [email protected].
Information you share with me
This site has no sign-up, no comments and no contact form. If you contact me by WhatsApp or email, I receive the details you choose to send and use them only to reply to you.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: like most websites, the web server records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
- Click counts: when you tap a WhatsApp, phone or email link, the site counts the click and the page it happened on. No name or number is stored.
- Saved in your browser: your light/dark mode choice, lessons you mark as complete, quiz scores, Playground code and the data you type into tools such as the invoice generator or resume builder are stored in your own browser (local storage). They are not sent to me.
Free tools and your files
The free tools run in your browser. Images, PDFs and text you use in them are processed on your device and are not uploaded. Two exceptions: the background remover’s AI mode downloads Google’s MediaPipe library and model, and Bootstrap, jQuery or React examples in the Code Playground and lessons load the library from a public CDN when you press Run. Those servers receive your IP address, as with any download.
Google Analytics
I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies and collects data such as your approximate location, device and pages viewed. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA or the UK), you are asked for consent first.

The tutorials suit learners of all ages, but this site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
